We are partnering with a well-established, values-driven organisation in Western Australia to appoint an Employee Relations Advisor to join their People & Culture function. This role sits within a highly collaborative HR team, where ER, payroll and talent teams work closely together to support leaders across the organisation. It's an opportunity for someone who enjoys operational HR, building relationships with stakeholders, and providing practical guidance on employee matters. The Opportunity Reporting to the Employee Relations Lead, you will provide advice and support to managers across a range of employment relations matters while contributing to the smooth day-to-day running of the HR function. This role will see you partnering with leaders across multiple service areas, which may include allied health, home care and community services portfolios. Key responsibilities include: Providing practical advice to managers on employee relations and workplace matters Supporting leaders with performance management, workplace issues and employee queries Interpreting employment legislation, awards and agreements Assisting with employment contracts, variations, leave processes and general HR administration Supporting ER initiatives, projects and continuous improvement activities Building strong relationships with leaders across the organisation This is a hands-on operational role, suited to someone who enjoys the day-to-day rhythm of HR and working closely with people across the business. About You We are looking for someone who enjoys the people-facing and practical side of HR and thrives in a collaborative team environment. This role would suit: HR Advisor or ER Advisor looking to further develop their experience HR Coordinator ready to step up into an advisory role You will ideally bring: Experience in a generalist HR or employee relations role Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Confidence supporting managers with everyday employment matters Knowledge of employment legislation, awards and workplace practices A collaborative mindset and the ability to work closely with a broader HR team This is not a strategic HR role, it's ideal for someone who enjoys being close to the operational side of HR and supporting leaders day to day.
